Getting Started


  1. In the "Get Started" box, sign in with your username, password, & email.
  2. Click Get Started
  3. At the top to the right, click on "Create a New Wiki"
  4. In the "Wiki Name" box, give your wiki a name between 3 & 32 characters
  5. By the "Wiki Permissions", choose a permission. Recommendation: Protected
  6. By the "Wiki Type", choose K-12 Education

Managing your Wiki


Pages

Manage all the pages on your wiki. Create, lock, rename, redirect, print, or delete them.

Files

Upload multiple files at once, view all the files in your wiki, and delete or rename them.

Tags

Tag your pages and follow which tags have been used on your wiki, a page, or by your user account.

Templates

Learn how you can make a new page based on an already formatted template.

Recycle Bin

Restore any deleted pages on your wiki for up to 30 days for the recycle bin.

Members and Permissions

Set the permissions for your wiki, determining who can view or edit it. Manage the memberships on your wiki.

Invite People

Allows you to invite people to be a member of your wiki.

User creator

Allows you to create accounts, including bulk student accounts

Look and Feel

Here you can change the entire look of your wiki, from the background color to the logo.

Wiki Info

Change the name of your wiki. Edit the description of your wiki. Set up a custom domain for a wiki on the Super Plan or change the standard domain for your Basic or Plus wiki. Track activity on your wiki with Google Analytics. Change the copyright license you set for material on your wiki.

Upgrade your plan and begin one of our 30-day trials, or make a payment for your wiki.

Domain Name

Here you can change your domain name.

Content Manager

Allows you to edit parts of your wiki

Notifications

Receive e-mails or RSS feeds when changes are made to your wiki, wikipages or discussion pages.

Wiki Statistics

See the statistics for your wiki, such as how many people are visiting, which members are editing, the changes made per page, and more.

Space Usuage

Tells you how much space you have left on your wiki.

Lets you quickly and easily link to your wiki form anywhere on the web.

WebDAV and Wiki Backups

Access pages and files on your wiki as if the wiki were a folder on your desktop. Backup your content.

Import Blog Post

You can import a blog entry inot wikispaces as a new page or append the entry to an existing page.

Exports

Allows you to backup the most recent copy of pages.

Delete Your Wiki
